Coastal-inspired blue and white wedding in Naples, Florida
Celebrating the timeless appeal of blue and white, this coastal-inspired wedding paid homage to the sandy shores of Naples, Florida. With bespoke patterns, sleek tabletops, and a breathtaking floral entrance, this wedding dream team elevated every moment of this beachside ceremony and reception. Lush blue hydrangea clouds cascaded from the sail top tent, while rattan chandeliers infused the space with coastal charm. With panoramic ocean views, this celebration embraced the epitome of coastal elegance.
Fairytale tent wedding with sunset flowers in San Miguel de Allende, MX
'Jaw-dropping' was the design brief for Razak and José's tented wedding reception at Rosewood San Miguel de Allendel and of course, Easton Events more than rose to the challenge. Against a backdrop of lush gardens and views of the majestic Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel, the clear top tent had a gorgeous golden glow thanks to votive and taper candles, and statement chandeliers. Flowers in sunset shades by Pina Cate brought vibrancy to the dinner tables, which were beautifully laid with white linens, gold cutlery and blue glassware.

Napa Valley vineyard wedding with open-air tent
This gorgeous Napa Valley wedding at Beaulieu Garden combined an indoor and outdoor tent in the vineyard, a whimsical dinner in the garden, and a Mexican disco after-party. Following the outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour commenced in the rose garden with a raw bar, passed appetizers, and champagne and margaritas from the agave bar. The dinner space was set up under a sycamore arbor, and the dancing tent was transformed into a blooming space with verdant greenery and chandeliers.

Ralph Lauren-inspired ranch wedding in Half Moon Bay, CA
The design inspiration of this stunning Half Moon Bay wedding was sparked by the bride's love of cozy old Scotch bars and classic Ralph Lauren. The reception site was set up on a bluff, the decking and tent placed to maximize views. Bride Whitney also referenced Out of Africa for décor inspiration, and Mindy Rice Design sourced taxidermied wildlife, like this zebra on the escort-card wall, from a vintage collection originally used in 1920s Hollywood films. Dinner tables were set in black with gold accents and white blooms. Centerpieces of varying sizes featured arabacum, duchess peonies, fringed tulips, and gardenias.

Every detail of Jillian and Spencer's peony-filled vineyard wedding at Montage Healdsburg was simply spectacular. The unique tent was transformed into a decadent reception space with layers of color, texture and pattern. Dreamy rattan lighting, vibrant flowers, and custom fabrications throughout the tent elevated this wine country wedding to next level style and elegance.

Lakeside gall Sperry tent wedding in Holland, MI
This lakeside wedding on a private estate in Holland, Michigan captured the enchanting beauty of autumn. To complement the season's natural charm, the wedding decor incorporated a color palette inspired by the fall foliage. Rich shades of red, blues, yellows, and brown were woven throughout the floral arrangements crafted by Kaytee Stice, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The vibrant red flowers added a pop of color, while the blues and browns provided a sense of earthiness and depth.

Colorful Palm Springs-inspired tent wedding in East Hampton, NY
The Maidstone Club in East Hampton was the perfect space to bring bride Caroline's vision for a '1960s Palm Springs with an East Coast Twist' wedding to life. Following a church ceremony in Sag Harbor, cocktail hour commenced at the Maidstone clubhouse, overlooking the ocean, before guests were shuttled to the main tent for dinner and dancing. With a bright, joyful color palette of coral, pink and green, Easton Events and Putnam Flowers created a breathtaking space that captured the design brief to perfection.
