How to take care of your engagement ring

1. Clean your ring regularly.
Wash your ring regularly to avoid a build-up of dirt that will dull its sparkle. Just drop it into a mug of warm water mixed with a little mild dishwashing detergent, let it sit for a few minutes, then gently scrub the stone with a soft-bristled toothbrush, rinse, and pat dry. Be sure to put the plug in if you're washing it over the sink.
