There is something mysterious about these incredibly emotive and simple images that stirs something deep within us. We are longtime fans of Heather Payne as her artistry and brand is very minimal and elevated in aesthetic and style - elements which are right up our Sparrow alley. Her mentor session with Edelle Photography feels almost like a bridal portrait session straight out of Greece, but instead is located in beautiful Florida. Feast your eyes, loves...

From Heather Payne Photography: “When working on these mentorships, my biggest goal is to create a custom workshop experience for each individual to meet them in their current needs. I’m so grateful to share my tips in creating fine art imagery and help a fellow photographer discover their unique voice. Over a 2-day time period, we dive deep into every level of the business and end with a custom photo-shoot designed to push the artist to the next level with their newly refined eye.

This was a favorite shoot designed by Lacy Geary with stunning Lee Grebenau gowns from Spina Bride in NYC. The vision for the shoot began with the architectural setting of Rosemary & Aly’s Beach in Florida. The natural lines in the buildings, shore line and dresses draws your eye into each photo and tells a beautiful calming story. It was so joyful and liberating to see the veil be lifted from my student, Dani’s, eyes as she discovered her own voice from within.”
