The arrival of the guests

Guests normally start arriving around twenty minutes before your ceremony is about to start, so you'll need around six songs to play to help set the scene. Many couples choose romantic tracks for this point in the day but really anything goes. Film music, classical masterpieces, modern chart toppers - whatever you like! We'd always recommend hiring a live musician for your ceremony. Live music will bring the entire experience to life and provide a far more intimate feel to the whole occasion.

  1. Crazy Love - Van Morrison
  2. Real Love - The Beatles
  3. Baby Can I Hold You - Tracy Chapman
  4. 24 Hours - Shawn Mendes

Wedding dance floor fillers

Hiring a wedding band will ensure your dance floor is filled all night, but if you're choosing the music yourself there are certain songs that are guaranteed to keep guests dancing and we've listed them below. Try to choose a selection of songs that are going to be popular with guests of all ages and steer clear of niche or super-modern songs unless you have an extremely young crowd.
