From the bride: "Once I sad yes to the dress, everything else fell into place. From the fine beaded details, the soft tulle and silk layers, to the intricate lines of the sleeves, the overall style was timeless. It set the tone for everything else in the planning process. I realized I wanted everything to stand the test of time—symbolic to our future marriage together. I imagined a timeless, elegant, and relaxing day that I can look back many years from now and still feel like the asethetic decisions I made would still suit us. I wanted to celebrate the idea of tradition and longevity. Nestled amongst mature trees and ravine setting, the Glennerin Inn, provided the perfect venue for that. The tudor-style, stone exterior, wood beam valuted ceilings made it feel warm and inviting for the intimate guest list. The ceremony was my favourite part of the day. The bottle we filled up together of desert and ocean sand from our travels is one of the best suveniors I have of our memories from that day. Instead of the typical guestbook, we asked our guests to leave a message in a jar for us to read for our one year wedding anniversary. The lace covered chivairi chairs really pulled the place together. Our floral pieces consisted of traditional roses which blended in organically amongst both the white linen covered tables indoors and the natural green setting surrounding us outdoors."
