Caroline and Arthur’s outdoor blush wedding

This gorgeous southern wedding, in shades of blush and dusty rose, is the most idea winter wedding: southern temperatures and luminous sunbeams all throughout the day. Caroline and Arthur's wedding was carefully and intricately thought out, with the help of planner One Fine Day, and beautifully captured on film by b. flint photography. From photographer b. flint: "Arthur and Caroline were married on Saturday, February 25, 2017 in Oxford, Mississippi. The sacred ceremony was held in the Oxford-United Methodist Church and the wedding reception was held at The Country Club of Oxford. It was a beautiful sunny, yet, chilly February day; exactly how the bride had prayed and envisioned. Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride chose her gown from Elle James Boutique, in Ridgeland, Mississippi. She wore a designer organza trumpet style gown with a sweetheart neckline by Heidi Elnora. Her ensemble included a lace off-the-shoulder topper of French Alencon lace. She wore a custom cathedral-length veil of French Alencon and Chantilly lace with scattered crystals by Sara Gabriel. The bride also wore her mother’s pearl and diamond earrings as her “something borrowed.”

The bride wore Jimmy Choo lace heels, which were a gift from the groom. Her “something blue” was a single band of sapphires ring designed from an antique slide bracelet of her mother’s. The bridal bouquet was a white cluster of hydrangeas, garden roses, parrot tulips, ranunculus, lilac, three different shades of garden roses, sweet peas and a trail of 4 stems of Phalaenopsis orchids. The stems were wrapped in varying sizes of white and cream satin ribbons. Her new married initials and her wedding date were monogrammed on the ribbon strand as a keepsake. Each bridesmaid wore a floor-length, blush color gown by Jenny Yoo. The gowns featured a pleated, draped cowl neckline with off-the-shoulder straps. The bride chose these gowns from Bella Bridesmaids in Ridgeland, MS. They carried bouquets, which were smaller versions of the bridal bouquet.

The union of the bride and groom made this romantic weekend possible, but it would not have been as truly dreamlike if it were not for all of the professionals, family and friends that made our dreams come true.
