Classic black tie wedding with white peony bouquet in Minnesota
Ah pretty peonies! They're absolutely beautiful flowers but as any florist will tell you, peonies are incredibly temperamental and have a short season from late April to mid June. Yet against all odds, Minnesota wedding florist and Fine Art Curation member Rose and Laurel managed to secure bride Audrey’s favorite flower to surprise her with a white peony bridal bouquet for her August wedding.
Over to Rose and Laurel founder Sarah: "Audrey and Theo envisioned a modern, all-white and green palette for their classic black-tie wedding celebration in August. Audrey dreamed of having a al-fresco style wedding, but liked the certainty of an indoor ballroom, so we created a lush multi-arched arbor for the head table, dripping with wisteria, larkspur and olive branches."
“It was unique and refreshing and beyond gorgeous," said bride Audrey. "It was hands down my favorite part of all the décor, and maybe even the day. Sitting under it was like a dream.”
To complete their celebration, Audrey and Theo held a dance with traditional Greek music. And of course the night wouldn’t be complete without a dramatic dress change and a champagne tower.
