Classic black-tie wedding in sailcloth tent in Virginia
Kress and Terrell’s wedding at The Clifton Inn in the countryside of Virginia was a beautiful celebration of love, captured by Virginia wedding photographer and Fine Art Curation member, David Abel Photography. Terrell the outgoing athlete married his college sweetheart Kress on a cool May day, surrounded by their favorite people and a bounty of spring flowers.
Kress wore a delicate lace Ines Di Santo gown that lent itself perfectly to match Terrell’s custom designed emerald green tuxedo by Richmond, VA suit designer, 707 RVA. The couple planned for a beautiful sunny spring celebration but the weather didn't oblige and they ended up with a 40 degree rainy day, but that did not stop the beauty and fun of the day from unfolding. The ceremony was tucked inside the large veranda of the inn where 120 of their closest friends and family took part in witnessing them marry under the beautiful floral arch designed by Southern Blooms.
Elle Loren and Co. planned the perfect reception, complete with soft romantic florals and an escort card display adorned with mixed greenery. The sailcloth tent lent itself to a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests could dine off of floral accented china and dance the night away to the live band before heading out for a grand sparkler exit.
