From stylist and planner Adriana Marie Events: "Youthful yet luxurious all at once is exactly the vibe we were going for to bring Allie and Tyler’s wedding at Whitehall in Annapolis MD to life. Whitehall served as the perfect backdrop for the vision we had in mind to hold all the colorful details. What was most important to Allie and Tyler was to make their guests feel welcomed and relaxed in the environment, but still keeping things detail oriented and speak of who they are as a couple."
"Their ceremony took place on the center lawn of the estate, decorated with a mix of custom made benches and cross back chairs. The aisle lined perfectly with low clusters of blooms in peach, white, yellows and foliage to compliment the stunning moon arch that they married in front of. The arch framed them perfectly while allowing guests to see the beauty of the Severn River behind them. Complimented by bohemian lanterns, candlelight, and their wedding party in silver sage and Naval Academy dress whites. The guests were in awe as the wedding party entered the ceremony space through the mansion circa 1764. Afterwards, a classic Naval Academy sword arch took place welcoming Allie into the Navy family as guests processed to the cocktail hour.
Cocktails were held in a 120 foot long tree ally way illuminated by bistro lights strung throughout the trees. Guests were greeted with signature cocktails as they entered the unique space, in custom made cups with the couples crest. Lush bohemian inspired lounge sets were complimented by colorful blooms. Some of our favorite interactive elements are the vintage beer truck, lawn games, a raw bar to die for, and of course all of the beautifully detailed lounge areas. Attendees were shortly after invited into the sailcloth tent. They found their seats on hand made moss and succulent displays topped with hand made french blue paper details. As they entered the tent they saw a 10 foot wide greenery chandelier over a large white washed dance floor, farm tables, custom bars, a mix of bench and traditional seating, colorful blooms, and unique lounges surrounding the space. They danced the night away under bistro lights and enjoyed a decadent menu including paella and taco cones."
