Diana and Ralph’s Cote d’Azur Intimate Civil Ceremony

Happy Friday, everyone! Today we're ending this incredibly beautiful fine-art-filled week with a sweet and simple, albeit stunning, civil ceremony in France. More than the epic location (that light!), Diana's lovely Kaviar Gauche dress, and the romantic stroll through hidden alleyways... the superstar of this wedding was the couple's adorable son, Tristan. What a wedding is all about: family, love, and a future.

From Romina Schischke: ” I already had the pleasure to photograph Dianas and Ralphs civil wedding earlier this year. When they ask me to come with them to france to capture their elopement I was over the moon. The are both totally in love with the Region Cote d’Azur and always wanted to get married in a real intimate elopement. They booked a modern villa for their vacation where we also did the “boys getting ready” on their wedding day. This finca was really modern and a perfect match for the groom getting ready. Diana got ready at the french villa where the ceremony was hold as well. The beautiful light and classic french furniture was absolutely beautiful. After their intimate ceremony we went to Gassin to take their portraits. Gassin is an old french village in the hills. We ended the day with a perfect dinner in a small real authentic restaurant."

Diana and Ralph felt in love with the south of France for many years. It was always their dream to get married in their favorite country and I felt very honored to organize their very intimate wedding, just the two of them and their absolutely gorgeous son Tristan. My vision was it to create a perfect-french-family and unforgettable wedding day. As Diana and Ralph love the mediterranean charm I decided to held their intimate ceremony in the garden of a beautiful french villa with a fantastic view into the vineyards. Matching the french style I decided to work with soft colors and designed a wedding bouquet with white hydrangeas and olives branches as well similar boutonnieres for Ralph and Tristan. Me and my colleague Annika just felt in love when we saw Diana’s beautiful wedding gown by Kaviar Gauche in combination with my wedding bouquet and the french atmosphere. After the very intimate and emotional ceremony with a lot of laughs and tears we raised our glasses, drunk some delicious Cremant, ate some typical french sweets, Macarons from Laduree and Mini Tartes from a local baker & tropical fresh fruits in front of an 400 year old oak tree. I felt so blessed to get to know Diana, Ralph and Tristan and to spent the whole day with them like I would do with good friends.”
