Early summer editorial with white peonies at a wedding chateau in Provence

Brought us by Provence wedding photographer Jeremie Hkb, in collaboration with planner Anne Laure Wedding, we are swooning over the fluffy white peonies and dramatic tablescape with sparkling chandeliers.
Over to Jeremie: "The Chateau de Sannes is an exceptional wedding venue in Provence, featuring a splendid 17th-century property and sublime French gardens. Cypresses, lawns, water features, symmetrical paths... the gardens of Sannes open the senses and lead us from one surprise to another along the wonderful alley ways. The majestic garden really takes us back to the history of French castles.
"The highlight was the ceremony, which took place in the outskirts of the gardens. The florist team led by Akiko of Floraison adorned the two pillars of the building with the most outstanding spring flowers, which made for stunning portraits with the bride and groom. The tablescape in the midst of the French gardens was also spectacular, the chandeliers bringing warmth and a graphic touch to the setup. Made in Cake created small weddings cakes to share, which stand directly on the table."
Anne Laure Wedding explains how the French gardens were the starting point of her design. "I wanted to showcase the regularity as much as the artistic side of the bushes and pathways, the beautiful emerald green of the vegetation and the remarkable height of the cypresses. The hedge of jasmine drove my choice in terms of colors for the florals and color palette.
"The table mixes modernity and vintage touches with the chandeliers, bright colors and delicate tones of pink in the arrangements. The ghost chairs, the tall arrangements, the chandeliers, everything aims to bring lightness and sophistication at the same time. A timeless table for a timeless summer day in Provence."
