Fairytale wedding in an Irish castle in County Limerick
When it comes to fairytale wedding venues, they don't get much more picture book perfect than the enchanting Adare Manor in County Limerick. The Neo-Gothic fairytale castle is set in 840 acres of gently rolling parkland in the heart of Ireland, nestled on the banks of the glittering River Maigue. Couple Shauna and Ciaran soon fell under its spell and hosted their luxurious Irish wedding here this past spring.
The couple held their ceremony in a 13th Century church in the village of Adare, which was decorated with stunning florals in shades of blush and ivory with an abundance of lush green foliage. Shauna and her bridesmaids carried simple bouquets of white roses, which contrasted beautifully with their dark forest green dresses. Shauna stunned in a magnificent strapless fishtail Berta gown and lace detail cathedral length veil.
Adare Manor was the perfect choice for their fairytale wedding reception, with its majestic architecture and formal manicured gardens leading to a sumptuous interior of sweeping staircases and shimmering chandeliers. The perfect setting for an unforgettable day.
