From Murielle at Intens'Events: "With this editorial shoot, I wanted to create meaningful images with a concept that feels equally authentic, warm, inviting and personal. The shoot took place near the famous town of Pezenas, at La Seigneurie de Peyrat, one of the Languedoc’s oldest vineyards. This family estate has spanned the centuries from Roman times to the 17th century when the actual château was built. It is surrounded by a sumptuous vineyard and a peaceful olive grove. After important works of renovation, that true gem is now hosting intimate weddings and events. When I first discovered La Seigneurie, the very first thought that struck me was how time seemed to stand still there. The main theme was "la douceur de vivre" or "the sweetness of life". Time always flies on a wedding day, because, honestly, we are always on a schedule. So I imagined that concept of a bride and groom on their elopement, in their peaceful retreat, taking the time to live and enjoy each moment with a certain insouciance. The only thing on their mind is being present, in the moment, before it becomes a memory.

From the boudoir session where the bride is slowly transforming for her husband, to the bride and groom discovering each other and celebrating their love, France-based fine art photographer Katy Lunsford has graciously captured these intimate and quiet moments. I really wanted to put the accent on true emotion, that’s why I choose a real couple. With her wild curls and beautiful skin tone, I knew our bride would be the perfect feminine natural beauty. Annelie Barber our hairdresser and make up artist did a wonderful job to keep her hair both natural and stylish. And that headpiece from Lila Accessories… simply gorgeous! The bridal trousseau for the day was made up of a beautiful white lace robe from Mes Petites Dentelles, a romantic ethereal dress from Cathy Telle and a stunning veil from Holy Veil. The color palette has been inspired by the venue itself: soft green for the olive grove, darker green and deep purple for the vines and grapes, vibrant red and light pink for their excellent wines and pale yellow to enhance the simple beauty of the venue (and because yellow garden roses are my favorite flowers!). Sarah Menager Deco’s floral design has perfectly brought to life my vision: her floral arrangements was elegant and romantic yet informal and wild. Paired with Canigueral Mesas con Esencia tabletop, together we have designed a stunning tablescape. Shasta Bell's calligraphy was another timeless and elegant touch. And we all fell in love with her sumptuous silk ribbons."
