Halloween wedding inspiration with black dress and fall flowers
Considering a Halloween wedding? Let us show you how to run with this theme in style, with elegant bridal fashion, stunning fall flowers and exquisite details that will delight your guests. Not a jack-o-lantern in sight!
Your choice of venue is key to creating just the right eerie atmosphere, as shown in this gorgeous autumn wedding editorial from planner and French wedding photographer, Geraldine Le Blanc. We're talking crystal chandeliers, sweeping stone staircases and an ambience of faded grandeur... and nowhere exudes this quite like Chateau of Moissac Bellevue in Provence.
Set above a hill-top village in the Upper Var, Château de Moissac-Bellevue was a country retreat for a noble Provençal family in the early 17th century. Revelling in its exemplary, prize-winning restoration, it surveys the valley below where rolling countryside with vines and olive-trees stretches as far as the eye can see. Sobre, patrimonial and unique, with its monumental entrance hall, vast drawing-rooms and boudoir-bathrooms rising up into the attic, the Château personifies a harmonious art of living in the sunlight of Provence.
Over to Geraldine: "I was inspired by the colors and the mood of autumn as well as the organic tones from the château. Through the pictures we wanted to express the sensual beauty of the female form through a fine art boudoir session, using the extraordinary beautiful bathrooms of Moissac as well as giving a fashionable touch with the amazing gowns from Claire Lafaye.
"Andrada Muller Floral Design created stunning flowers compositions using locally foraged leaves and designed a stunning tablescape with help from Giana from The W Day."
