Hudson River yacht wedding with Manhattan skyline views
Nobody wants a wet wedding day. But you know what? You’ll still have the best day ever, whatever the weather throws at you. Jennifer and Brendan had to adapt their yacht wedding plans when a storm rolled in on the Hudson River but they enjoyed a beautifully romantic wedding day regardless. Their New York wedding photographer Tanya Isaeva (and Fine Art Curation member) also managed to capture the couple with those iconic Manhattan skyline views amidst the rain and fog.
Bride Jennifer channeled a look of classic elegance in head-to-toe Saint Laurent, finished with natural make-up and a sleek low bun. If she felt stressed by the weather derailing their original wedding plans, you'd never know it from her beautifully serene presence on the day.
When the rain wrecked Jennifer and Brendan's plans for a scenic ceremony on the sky deck, their planner Golden Knot Yachts and florist A Petal to Peddle pulled out all the stops to move the floral installation and ceremony set-up inside to the covered third deck, just three hours before the ceremony. The result? A beautifully intimate wedding with atmospheric couple portraits, and a huge sigh of relief that their vendor team pulled off the plan B with professionalism and style.
