I am now fully convinced Ireland is the most romantic spot in all the world for marrying. But all castles (or really cool 17th manor houses) aside, it takes picturesque to a whole new level thanks to this light filled orangerie ceremony. Sophie Kaye captured this intimate affair with sweet details planned and styled by House of Hannah at Killruddery House, ripe with the prettiest florals by Fine Art Curation member The Petaler Co, beautiful brass bells with silk ribbons as place holders, and that token greenery that Ireland is known for...

"Sally & Taylor opted for an intimate wedding surrounded by their closest family and friends, all 28 of whom flew out to Ireland for their countryside estate wedding. Among those guests were good friends Christine and Mallory, a florist and makeup artist, who both attended and worked the wedding. Sally and Taylor chose Killruddery House, a beautiful historic estate near Dublin, for its secluded feel while still being close to a large city in order to have as many family and friends attend easily. Surrounded by rolling Irish hills and gardens, the venue was the most perfect place for their celebration.

Thought and care was put into all the details - from the beautiful brass bells that decorated both the escort cards and the table settings (an Irish tradition for luck) to the floral aisle runner that doubled as reception table decor. An incredibly sweet and selfless bride, Sally was most concerned with the experience those around her had, and even opted to set aside a moment for her parents to have their own first dance after her own - as they had never had one at their own wedding.

The majority of the wedding festivities took place inside Killruddery’s Orangerie, a glass space decorated with antique marble statues and lush jasmine greenery. House of Hannah both planned and designed the event, working together with florist The Petaler Co to create a truly magical space."
