Italian style wedding in Australia’s Hunter Valley
Steph and Boban wanted the feel of destination wedding in Italy but without the stress of travelling for their family. Selecting Redleaf in Australia's stunning Hunter Valley as their wedding venue was the perfect choice and totally set the scene for the elegant and timeless Italian style the couple had in mind. We were amazed to discover that Steph planned and created entire wedding herself, as a newcomer to the wedding industry with her business Stefanie Louise Events.
Steph and Boban's dreamy celebration was captured by Hunter Valley wedding photographer and Fine Art Curation member Sheri McMahon Photography, who tells us more about the day: "Given that Boban is Macedonian and Steph is Greek, the couple hosted a religious ceremony at their local Sveta Petka Macedonian Orthodox church.
"For the main event at Redleaf, Steph bought in all the finer details such as an Italian cart to prepare dessert cannelloni for her guests so they could have a real authentic experience. An abundance of white flowers and lush greenery created a dreamy aisle and reception space, which could have easily been mistaken for the Tuscan countryside."
