Modern, Minimalistic Spring Wedding Inspiration

Simplicity feels so refreshing sometimes in the wedding world. Simple, minimal, and oh-so-pretty zeroing in on the one thing you want to focus on. Today's beautiful editorial serves up a nice dish of inspiring content, especially learning it is for a rebrand shoot for florist Ambedo. While it's no secret that our couples crave real weddings to draw inspiration from, we always encourage our couples to think outside the box in which editorials are the perfect way to do so. The color palette of warm tones, pale corals, sandy taupes... these colors bring a spring vibe along with them and we love the choice in specific blooms here (would love to see more couples using cherry blossoms in their wedding day floral choices, SO pretty!). This Leanne Marshall gown is fluid and simple and we'd expect nothing less than incredible from Leanne. Finally, one of our favorite aspects of this editorial has to be the luminous and crisp images by Sarah Carpenter Photography... so much to be inspired by here today!

From Sarah Carpenter Photography: "This shoot was entirely styled and brought to life by the talented Angela Oborn of Ambedo. She wanted to create something new for her new brand and website that truly captures the spirit of her floral and design company. Angela incorporated elements from her theatrical background and floral experience into the gorgeous spring inspired session. Cherry blossom branches were hung from the ceiling to give the feeling of floating amongst the clouds and small dancing blooms were used in the bouquet and centerpiece. A minimalistic table and paper suite worked beautifully together. Negative space and clean lines were both important elements of this shoot as was the whimsical balletic movement from the couple as they danced through the cherry blossom backdrop. Fresh, minimal makeup allowed for a natural feeling."
