Modern natural wedding at Veritas winery in Virginia
Audrey and Ward pulled together classic and modern elements into their beautifully natural wedding held at Veritas Vineyards in Virginia. Audrey wore a classic Anne Barge gown accented with a beautiful bow on the back and long white gloves, fit to match her husband-to-be Ward, in his custom tailored tuxedo from local Richmond designer, 707.
"An outdoor ceremony overlooking the vines was the perfect beginning for Audrey and Ward’s formal evening of dinner and dancing inside the ballroom of the winery," explains their photographer, Fine Art Curation member, David Abel Photography. "Trees from a local nursery were chosen to bring the outdoor elements into the reception room. Shades of white and green, pops of wine tones and gold accents with script font were chosen for their formal affair. Velvet linens for guest seating brought out the richness of the blush and burgundy color palate.
"Audrey and Ward adore their dog, DJ, and it was important for him to be included in the celebration. DJ even accompanied their best man for this speech at the reception. The day was complete with a live painter creating a treasured painting of their celebration."
