From photographer Ashley Sawtelle: "Lauren & Michael celebrated their wedding weekend in Beaver Creek surrounded by close family & friends. Tucked away in a secluded mountain meadow the couple and guests enjoyed stunning views during the ceremony, sipped on cocktails near the aspens and dined in the cozy cabin for an amazing culinary experience.
The couple wanted the decor to remain timeless starting with the floral design composed of simple and natural florals with a soft serene color palette. A simple smilax draped garden arch with delicate groupings of softly toned blooms was the anchor for the ceremony."
"Prema Style's designs highlighted locally grown seasonal flowers such as cafe au lait dahlias, delicate garden roses, scabiosa, scented geranium leaves, Queen Anne's lace and cosmos. Low and lush with textural greenery and seedpods, the centerpieces echoed the line of the long narrow tables while incorporation loose organic movement. Earl grey roses picked up the subtle grey touches seen in the rest of their decor, bridesmaids dresses and invitation suite.
After the ceremony guests sipped "his" and "hers" signature cocktails while they enjoyed the views of the surrounding mountain landscape. Guests were encouraged to roam the outdoor space with cocktail tables under market lights and a seating lounge on the deck. As the day turned into evening, the celebration moved inside for a special wine and food pairing from the extraordinary chefs of Beano's Cabin. Followed by cake cutting and dancing in a clear top tent underneath the moonlight."
