Outdoor Oregon Wedding with Blush Bridesmaids

From photographer Jake Anderson: "I realize I am supposed to say this as their photographer, but Zoe & Will simply make sense. Their charisma, character, and genuine concern for one another is palatable, and lends itself to an infectious concern and pleasure to be kind to others. Their wedding was simply a continuation of these characteristics. Throughout the day, an intentional concern was placed over the welfare and experience of their guests, as they realized many of whom had traveled in for their wedding.

Zoe chose to slow her morning down, and included a time to document the process of getting ready - a time to reflect, enjoy her time with her bridesmaids, and document her last few hours prior to seeing Will! The setting of wedding was beside a lake in the shadow of a mountain on an incredibly gorgeous summer’s day in July. Upon arriving at the venue, guests strolled a path along the lake to the ceremony location, where Tiffany of Foraged Floral had incredibly and seamlessly built a gorgeous floral arbor.

From the ceremony, guests continued around the lake path to a cocktail hour area overlooking the Columbia Gorge, where they were offered signature drinks (Oklahoma Club Special *his*, Paloma *hers*), and passed hors d’oeuvres. The rest of the evening was for Zoe + Will to spend mingling with their guests, engaging in heart-felt toasts, and dancing under the open Oregon sky."
