Romantic Autumnal Wedding Inspiration
With autumn brings a season of change - change in weather and also change in scenery. We love the shift from bright and lush greenery to muted greens and brilliant jewel tones that autumn brings. Today we're loving this beautiful fall wedding inspiration from photographer Alexandra Vonk, complete with a gorgeous tablescape that brides everywhere can take tons of inspiration from....
From photographer Alexandra Vonk: "Once the leaves fall from the trees and autumn makes its appearance we can often enjoy late summer days. The colors of the trees and the blooming Heathlands were the inspiration for this bridal shoot 'fall in love' and also served as the backdrop for this late-summer bridal shoot 'Falling in love' that took place in the south of the Netherlands.
To emphasize the colors and the atmosphere we have chosen a model with gorgeous red locks and light skin. She wears a couture gown with a gorgeous bohemian top and a straight falling skirt.
You can see the bright Fall colors reflecting in the styling. For the table set up we chose a a setting in the middle of the Heathlands. The table was adorned with the bright fall colors which you can see in the beautiful flowers. The cross-back chairs, silk table runners from Silk & Willow and trendy small candles Creative Candles provide the rest of the styling. The stationery is hand calligraphed with a beautiful watercolor technique with a gradient of rust brown colors.
The wedding cake is a design of Sugarlips Cakes and the handmade sugar flowers are playfully placed at different heights on the cake in a nice combination with painted flowers. A backdrop of green garland, draped nicely over the branches in combination with a floral curtain is a nice place to cut your wedding cake or for the couples “I-Do’s”."
