From Jacquelyn Hayward: "Inspiration for this desert elopement was gathered on a long drive through my home-state Utah. For hours I passed miles and miles of sage fields with red rock formations dipping in and out of view. Golden hour came and I marveled at the beauty and expanse of the landscape, illuminated by the sun's last rays. As I hiked through Bryce Canyon I envisioned a couple running off to nature's cathedral, a red rock amphitheater, to marry in the quiet meadows of sagebrush. Nicole's pieces were effortless and stunning, perfectly tying our couple to their surroundings. Complimented by her wild florals and the landscape spreading out forever behind them, the tenderness between the pair was ripe for capture."

Set in monumental Bryce Canyon, these limestone foundations begun over 40 million years ago, and are an example of the incredible sculptures shaped by nature.

By taking queues from the environment, we created a story of two lovers devote vows taken in nest of desert sagebrush at twilight. Her spindly desert bouquet was softened with an effortless antique silk gown, while hints of desert blue from the distant mountains were woven throughout the film."
