From the stylist/planner Camryn Brook Events: "This inspiration shoot took place at an abandoned estate from the 1700s. The property holds a great deal of history with original architecture and finishes from that time. We wanted to bring back life in to the space so the design was inspired by butterflies, which often represent change and transformation. We decided on a warmer color palette in rich shades of rose, terracotta and rust to complement the warm grey, textured walls. We had two large floral moments on the grand staircase and on one of the many fireplaces created with lots of movement to frame the beautiful architecture. The butterfly motif was subtly carried throughout the design as seen in the stationery, cake and wing-like cape on one of the gowns. Together, the incredible vendor team truly created inspiring imagery that was full of life."
