Rustic Tuscan Real Wedding at Borgo Corsignano

Jan 18, 2019 | Weddings

Even a rustic Tuscan venue can be a perfect refined set for a marvellous event, like was the one of Masha & Paul picked up to welcome their guests for a three day celebration. Having a bride with great taste and refined ways was the thing for which all vendors are delighted and thankful for, especially the event designer and Fine Art Curation member Federica Beni whose aim is to create every time unique events that can be distinctive one from the other thanks to an extreme personalization in every little detail.

The designing process was so enjoyable because designer and bride were completely aligned on many aspects of the overall organization and design, carefully defining all little details, respecting the environment on one side (the use of naked wooden tables and typical tuscany wooden chairs) while also introducing several refined elements (metal candelabras, silky ribbons, etc.) with the only result of a beautiful set for an unforgettable gathering.

Masha was a special bride, always supported by and her mum, by her side all along the process, was so nice and supportive, motivating all the vendors with her appreciation. The colour palette we used, based on grey and dusty blue and we were all more than happy to get out of the usual colour schemes that almost all brides want for their wedding, playing with o many little details specifically included like the vow books from Elmo PaperStories, the dusty blue silk ribbons from Silk & Willow, the table runner and the dinnerware by Richard Ginori.

The floral arrangements, realized by the uber talented Tommaso Torrini and his team from La Rosa Canina Firenze, were designed keeping in mind the authentic and typical mood of the venue. Peonies, spray and David Austin roses, scabiosa and clematis, delphinium and white dragon, all flowers were carefully chosen keeping in mind the idea of very soft and flowing arrangements, from the ceremony to the table setting, giving the overall design an organic touch to combine with breaking out equipments including metal candelabras representing flowers branches, ivory rough ceramic vases and glass votives holders for the reception table. The ceremony was held under a beautiful patio where the floral designer created a huge and beautiful semi-circle embrace very rich in organic flowers and greenery.

Little North Company created a unique invitation suite using handmade paper both in ivory and grey, with the unique touch of a dusty blue ink for the menus and most of all the marvellous invitation suite and day-of-paper created by Little North Company with so much beauty and delicacy. The talent of Les Amis Photo perfectly captured each single frame of this joyful celebration, enhancing the beauty and the grace of each single moment and exactly showing all the happiness that it was filled with.
