Stormy skies don't have to mean poor wedding photographs. We were not surprised at all when we saw talented Callie Manion Photography's photos of this Texas wedding and they were luminous and gorgeous! Sam and Set may have had a stormy start to their wedding day plus indoor ceremony and reception, but their blissful love for each other resulted in the sweetest day. Beautiful blush tones and a perfect strapless Demetrios James Elias gown... swoon...

The bride & groom had the sweetest details, including hand-written notes to read to each other during their First Look, matching bridesmaids pajamas, pieces of jewelry presented as gifts from the bride’s grandmother that morning, and gorgeous florals by Holly Viles.

Sam & Seth had a perfect day, despite the harsh rains and tornado warnings that pushed everything inside. Sam had her heart set on an outdoor ceremony, but was such a good sport when the plans had to change. At any possible break in the storm clouds, I made sure to rush the bride & groom outside for some alone time and portraits, so they could have the outdoor feel they so badly dreamed of!

The details were really sentimental and pretty, and Sam & Seth were glowing the whole day. Everyone around them could see how happy they made each other! It made being there such an amazing experience!

I hope you love the photos! Since plans changed and parts of the day had to be moved inside, I’m submitting hybrid. Everything outside is film, and everything inside is digital. My hope was to blend it all seamlessly."
