From photographer Forage and Film: "We love NYC, with its fast paced life style, busy chaotic streets, and its ever evolving concrete jungle. Often times when people think of NYC weddings, ourselves included, they think of glitz and glam, with a hint of traditional and a lot of structure. In this city of fashion there seems to be so many rules saying what you should and shouldn’t do when it comes to your city wedding. We wanted to break some of those rules! We wanted to add a softness back into the city, a dreamy windswept look that was reminiscent of the Oregon shore with soft blues, yes some north east grey and moodiness. We wanted to show you can be romantic, timelessly beautiful, and organic all at once in a city full of so much hustle and bustle. We loved utilizing florals for depth, as well as some wedding day vows to highlight the purpose of all that goes into planning these perfect wedding days. We think Susie Saltzmans diamond ring is the perfect blend of modern meets classic, and plays so well with the heirloom aquamarine ring. The way this look came together, pulling in the softest of hues, with pops or deeper tones for depth, with the most romantic city of all serving as its back drop, is something we just love and will swoon over for years to come!"
