Stephanie and Tony’s Moody Heirloom Wedding Portraits
Louise of Taylor & Porter never, ever ceases to amaze us with her genuinely emotive portraits. Today's treat is California- native Stephanie and Tony's three-part couple's portrait session at St. Giles House in England. Beyond the fact that this couple is uber stylish (hello Burberry), we adore their desire for an engagement "story" from start to finish. The portraits by Louise are moody and enchanting and feel almost like they are from a time past...
From Taylor & Porter: "Stephanie & Tony traveled from California to England for their couple’s portrait session. We worked with a wintery palette on what turned out to be a really atmospheric and misty day. The shoot was split into three parts, with the first being a gentle suggestion at an engagement session. For this part of the shoot the couple wore Burberry, which is a classic English heritage brand.
The second part of the shoot was of them wearing wedding attire. It was luxurious, with the bride in a bespoke Carol Hannah gown and the groom in black tie. We finished the shoot and the day with them enjoying a meal in front of the fire. Stephanie wore a reception dress that was chosen to compliment the stunning antique Japanese wallpaper within the house."
