From Sara Weir Photography: "I first started dreaming of this shoot when I stumbled upon this location. It transcended locale and held a feeling of history and timelessness. The fountains and stone work made me think of a romance novel and the light gave it such a soft and inviting quality. I began envisioning a young, unassuming bride, beautiful and sublime in a tulle gown and flowing cathedral veil. Her groom, strong, protective, and classically handsome. In my mind's eye they were tender and innocent in their love for each other. In short, a timeless love to transcend the ages. Romantic sentiments, such as these, required soft detailing: a handwritten invitation suite, lace napkins, and ripe fruit. As well as a delicate color palate of blushes, warm brass, and deep wine. These elements combined to tell this love story that transcends both locale and time."
