The combination of intimate elopement, Adrienne and Niels' wanderlust-filled love story, and Chateau de Bouthonvilliers creates the dreamiest real wedding that we have for you today! Alexandra Vonk has been a longtime Wedding Sparrow favorite (see this romantic autumnal wedding inspiration that has been a reader fav forever!) so we were thrilled when she sent us this heartfelt elopement. From Alexandra Vonk: "Adrienne and Niels met one year ago and they have never been apart since that day. They share their love for seeing the world. They had their 4th date in Barcelona and their 20th date in Paris. They decided they wanted to travel the world and they quit their jobs and booked a one way ticket to Sri Lanka. They will leave within 20 days not knowing where they are going for the next two years. Just looking for adventure and freedom.

Niels has been practically raised in France since his family has a second home over there. The French cuisine and the beautiful nature brings them closer to each other and to themselves.

When we looked for a couple for our inspiration elopement we knew Niels and Adrienne where the perfect couple. Chateau de Bouthonvilliers was the most perfect backdrop for their love. The Wedding designers brought the intimate and romantic feeling of the chateau to life and used as a base nude, blush and yellow colors.

Adrienne wore two different gowns, for the ceremony a romantic gown from riki dalal noya and for dinner she choose a slimmer dress from Tara Keely so she could easily dance under the stars with her love.

They love dancing, even in the living room, when nobody is around.

Since they will travel the world in a few weeks their best friends where with them to celebrate their day. The intimate ceremony was even held by Niels his best friend. They wrote some beautiful vows to each other and Niels even got a French antique ring for Adrienne. This is love, true and pure love in the beautiful and romatic surroundings of France."
